ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల్లో కాంట్రాక్ట్ ఉద్యోగులకు సంబంధించి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం G.O.MS.No.2 ద్వారా తాజా మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేసింది. ఈ ఆదేశాలు 2025 జనవరి 6న అమల్లోకి వచ్చాయి. ఈ ఉత్తర్వులు కాంట్రాక్ట్ ఉద్యోగుల వేతనాలు, మాతృత్వ సెలవులు, ఎక్స్‌గ్రేషియా వంటి అంశాలను స్పష్టంగా చర్చించాయి. ఈ ఆదేశాలలో ఉన్న ముఖ్యాంశాలు, పాజిటివ్ మరియు నెగటివ్ అంశాలను ఈ వ్యాసంలో విశ్లేషించబడింది. ముఖ్యాంశాలు: 1.MTS: ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు, యూనివర్సిటీలు, మరియు సమాజాల్లో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న నిబంధిత పోస్టులపై నియమితులైన కాంట్రాక్ట్ ఉద్యోగులకు మాత్రమే న్యూనత పేస్కేల్ వర్తిస్తుంది.
