ఒకే TET పరీక్షను వేర్వేరు షిఫ్ట్‌లలో నిర్వహించినప్పుడు, అన్ని షిఫ్ట్‌ల ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు అచ్చం ఒకే కష్టతర స్థాయిలో ఉండకపోవచ్చు. ఒక షిఫ్ట్‌లో ప్రశ్నలు కాస్త కఠినంగా ఉండవచ్చు. మరో షిఫ్ట్‌లో ప్రశ్నలు మధ్యస్థంగా ఉండవచ్చు. ఇంకొక షిఫ్ట్‌లో ప్రశ్నలు కొంత సులభంగా ఉండవచ్చు. ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో అభ్యర్థుల పనితీరును న్యాయంగా పోల్చడానికి కొన్ని పరీక్షల్లో గణాంక ఆధారిత NORMALIZATION విధానాన్ని ఉపయోగిస్తారు. 🔹 NORMALIZATION అంటే ఏమిటి? వేర్వేరు షిఫ్ట్‌లలో వచ్చిన మార్కులను, ఆయా షిఫ్ట్‌ల ప్రశ్నపత్రం స్థాయి మరియు అభ్యర్థుల పనితీరును పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని ఒక సాధారణ ప్రమాణానికి సర్దుబాటు చేసే ప్రక్రియను నార్మలైజేషన్ అంటారు. ఇందులో సాధారణంగా షిఫ్ట్ సగటు మార్కులు, Standard Deviation, అభ్యర్థి మార్కులు వంటి గణాంక అంశాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవచ్చు. 📌 ఒక సులభమైన ఊహాత్మక ఉదాహరణ: మూడు షిఫ్ట్‌లలో పరీక్ష జరిగిందని అనుకుందాం. 🔵 SHIFT–1 ప్రశ్నపత్రం కొంచెం కఠినంగా ఉంది. షిఫ్ట్ సగటు = 60 మార్కులు. అభ్యర్థి A = 75 మార్కులు. అంటే A తన షిఫ్ట్ సగటు కంటే 15 మార్కులు ఎక్కువ సాధించాడు. 🟢 SHIFT–2 ప్రశ్నపత్రం మధ్యస్థంగా ఉంది. షిఫ్...
