ఏదైనా మాట్లాడేటప్పుడు గానీ, రాసేటప్పుడు గానీ అది నీ ఎమోషన్ నుండి వస్తున్న భావనా లేక రేషనల్ థింకింగ్ నుండి వస్తున్న భావనా నీ థాట్ ప్రాసెస్‌ని అబ్జర్వ్ చెయ్యడం ద్వారా గమనించు! ఎమోషన్ నుండి వస్తున్న భావన అయితే మాట్లాడకుండా, రాయకుండా కొంతసేపు ఆగు. ఏ ఎమోషన్ అయినా 7 నిముషాలకి మించి ఉండదు. ఆ 7 నిముషాలు ఓపిక పట్టు. హడావుడి పడిపోయి ఆ ఎమోషన్ నుండి మాట్లాడావే అనుకో.. నీ ఎమోషన్ ఓ సెలయేరులో రాయిలా ఇతరుల మనస్సుల్లో కూడా వారి మానసిక స్థాయిలను బట్టి పాజిటివ్ లేదా నెగిటివ్ వైబ్రేషన్స్ సృష్టిస్తుంది. ఆ వైబ్రేషన్స్ వారిలో మళ్లీ రియాక్టివ్ ఎమోషన్ సృష్టించి నీకు వాళ్లు దూరం కావడం కావచ్చు, ఇంకా చాలానే జరగొచ్చు. సోషల్ మీడియానే తీసుకుంటే ఫేస్‌బుక్ లాంటివి ఎందుకు పాపులర్ అయ్యాయంటే.. they are providing people an opportunity to express the emotions. యాక్షన్, రియాక్షన్ ఎమోషన్స్ అన్నీ కలగలిసి సోషల్ మీడియాలో యాక్టివిటీ ఎక్కువ జరుగుతుంది కాబట్టి వాళ్లకి బిజినెస్ అవుతుంది. మనకు మనస్సు పాడై తలనొప్పులు మిగులుతాయి. సో ఎమోషనల్ బీయింగ్‌గా ఉండకు.. కొన్నిసార్లు నేనూ ఎమోషన్స్‌కి గురి కావచ్చు, దీనికి ఎవరూ అతీతం కాదు. కానీ నే...
