🌸జవాబు: గాజు తయారీలో క్వార్ట్జ్‌ ఇసుక, సోడా తగుపాళ్లలో ఒక పెద్ద పాత్రలో ఉంచి ఆ మిశ్రమాన్ని యంత్రాల సాయంతో మెత్తని పొడిగా చేస్తారు. ఈ పొడిని ఒక గాజు బట్టీలో నింపి దాదాపు 1400 డిగ్రీల సెంటిగ్రేడు నుంచి 1600 డిగ్రీల సెంటిగ్రేడు ఉష్ణోగ్రత వరకు వేడి చేస్తారు. ఈ ఉష్ణోగ్రత వల్ల రసాయనిక చర్య జరిగి ఆ మిశ్రమం బుడగలతో కూడిన మెత్తని, జిగురులాంటి పదార్థంగా మారుతుంది. అంటుకుపోయే స్వభావం ఉన్న ఈ పదార్థాన్ని సుమారు 1000 డిగ్రీల సెంటిగ్రేడు వరకు చల్లారుస్తారు. 👉 ఈ దశలో మాంగనీస్‌ డై ఆక్సైడ్‌ కలుపుతారు. దీని వల్ల ఆ మిశ్రమంలో ఏమైనా మలినాలు ఉంటే తొలగిపోయి, స్వచ్ఛమైన పారదర్శకత కలిగిన గాజు పదార్థం తయారవుతుంది. ఈ ప్రక్రియలో కొన్ని లోహపు ఆక్సైడులను కలపడం ద్వారా కావలసిన రంగులు వచ్చేలా కూడా చేయవచ్చు. చల్లార్చిన గాజు పదార్థాన్ని అచ్చుల యంత్రాల సాయంతో కావలసిన మందం కలిగిన గాజు పలకలు, దిమ్మలు, కడ్డీల రూపంలోకి మలుస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత మేరుగు పెట్టడం, చెక్కడం అదనంగా చేస్తారు.
